Where can I find a build guide and BOM for this implementation of the power supply (taken from the F6 build guide by 6L6)?
It's for a deluxe 4U for an F6 and eventually an F4 (parts availability being the issue).
The answer might be buried in another thread, but it seems like something like this should have its own build guide thread and get linked into the first post in the sticky thread of all build guides.

Ah, I see, you're talking about the very last post on the thread, which was made on May 19. Thanks, I was working from a BOM I had downloaded last month which didn't include the rectifiers and I was working off the build guide for the PSU linked in that sticky which doesn't use them.
I still think it would be nice to have a top-level build thread with BOM for this style of PS, so it can be linked in that sticky. I never would have dug through that thread all the way to the end, reading every single post in it, just to find those 3 parts.
ok, please peer review* this and let me know if this is correct.
I've included the schematic for the power supply that 6L6 used in his build guide for the F6, and I've taken the power supply BOM I found elsewhere for the "stock" power supply and modified it to match 6L6's implementation. To do this, I took a BOM that I found for an F4 amp to identify certain components, like C9, because I couldn't find a clear identification for them elsewhere. I also went with the 4x 33Kuf capacitors instead of the 8x 10-15Kuf capacitors because overall it's less work to weld 4 components than it is to weld 8.
Instead of uploading an .xls file, because you can't, I've put it in a google sheet and made it publicly viewable and commentable with this link:
Simplified Power Supply BOM

What parts can't you find for building an F4? I just put together a pair of monoblocks and found reputable sources for everything... happy to share sources.

I was looking at the F4 transistor kit and the matched LSJ/LSK listing in the diyaudio parts store, both of which say out of stock. Last time I looked the LSJ/LSKs were still in stock, which would have made an F6 possible, and that's why I was intending to go for an F6 while waiting for F4 parts to show up again. I'd like to try out both, so it's not really an inconvenience to have to start with an F6.
The reason I'm only looking at the diyaudio store right now is that I don't know what I'm doing yet, so when I see grades of parts and words that indicate that a set needs to be put together based on specific measurements (which I don't know how to do yet), that makes me think it'd be easier to get into the hobby by relying on someone else to have done that lifting.
If it's possible to get all of those parts elsewhere, appropriately matched, that's great. I feel like that topic might also make for a good sticky post or a wiki page. In fact, I'm surprised it isn't already. I know I've seen references to other websites, ebay stores, etc, buried in other build guides. Putting those references in one place in a thread focused on parts collection would be very useful, because that's where I'm going to be blocked after I'm done building a power supply. I figure the power supply might take me a month, so I have some time to wait for the store to get the parts back in stock, but if they aren't then having a thread or wiki page to look at would be much more convenient than searching the entire forum for "LSJ".
