Hey guys, wassup?
I'm trying to choose between those 2 speakers:
Hi-Vi:
Hi-Vi L6-6R 6" Woven Kevlar Cone Woofer - 6 ohm: Madisound Speaker Store
Madisound:
Madisound 6102-8 6" Polypropylene Cone Woofer: Madisound Speaker Store
I'll built a 2Way Bookshelf with one of them also I've made some simulations
Gain:
Group Delay:
As we can see, the madisound speaker has a better response below 60hz, I'm trying to get as much as possible from the bass cause I'd like to listen to music without my subwoofer.
Also I'm trying to have a flat response from the speakers so that I gain quality, that's what really matters in my system.
Are the madisound speakers a good choice? what else should I look before buying a speaker?
If you have any suggestion please share with me. Anything below $60.
I'm also accepting suggestions for tweeters to use with those drivers.
Thanks again! Cya!

Hi,
Looking at Madisound driver reminds me of similar cheap drivers
that I've worked with and I can tell you to prepare yourself in case
you get one to get totally different parameters if you measure them.
Magnet installed in Madisound can't possibly give you Qt =0,35.
There is a great possibility you will have to count on making a sealed
box for good bass performance. HiVi looks better.
