Hello all. I have a Memphis PRXA1500.1 that should be coming in soon for repair but I would like to order at least the PS FETs and outputs now since I am currently placing a parts order. Can anyone confirm what these parts are in this amp either from experience, or by looking at the board and recognizing the circuit? I am leaning towards the PowerAcoustik PA3000D series of clones that can use IRF3205 and IRFB31N20D along with the MPSA56(Q124/Q125) on the driver board as it resembles that series of amps.

I don't know, I don't have the amp yet. I wanted to order parts since I was placing an order this week. I won't get the amp for about three weeks to a month from now.
If you knew that the driver board had Q124/125, I thought you had more photos or another identical amp.
If you have the tutorial, look at the 'type 4' page. The parts on the main board look like they may be the three 5v regulators and the two 6N137s.

I don't have the tutorial. I was guessing based on the layout of the board with the transformers, rail caps and inductors resembling the PA3000D series of amps.
