I want to 2.1 System rather than 2.0 3 Way Tower System.
what should Minimum Size of satellite (tweeter+ mid/woofer)enclosure for faithful reproduction of above 100 Hx.
Below 100 Hz I plan to use Sub-woofer.

I don't think we can help you with that unless we know what drivers you're thinking about; each woofer or mid-woofer will have different cabinet requirements, and each driver will have different cabinet sizes for sealed or vented alignments and the frequency response of that driver.
Let's look at two 5" mids, reasonably priced and good-sounding. These are 'official' figures from web sites which sell those drivers:
The Peerless 830656 has a suggested sealed box of 0.2cu ft which gives an F3 of 99Hz. Vented, 0.58 cu ft; F3 is 48Hz, depending on port size; the SB Acoustics SB13PFC has a suggested sealed cabinet of 0.15 cu ft, F3 of 110Hz; vented 0.25 cu ft and F3 of 58Hz, again, depending on port size.
I'll let others who know more than I do explain which driver or alignment might work best in your situation.
We used to have a system with 4" two way speakers and a sub for under 100Hz, but the main speakers seemed to run out of bass (official F3 was 85Hz) and there was a noticeable 'hole' in the sound.

Did you ever try to invert either the satellites or the sub in order to decrease the "hole" ?

look at the drivers datasheet you plan to use, the Vas will shows you the volume box you need, grossly say to yourself the volume box may be around half of the Vas.
It can be according the drivers as thin than a little tower and also as little as two satelites. Thaat's the drivers that decide the size. Try not to use PA drivers that are huge Vas but more hifi classic drivers often made to a much more little load.
Sealed will be more easy imo cause sub have often not steep crossover, so the overlapp between the sub and the tower maybe larger than you think.
this is an approximative answer, as said in post 2, haard to know without more details...
