Try Radwell they have an office in the UK or rochester through digikey if you can order as an electronics business, should be able to get all 12 through these.

Not onsemi but has all you could ever need, trusted source as well.

🤣
Yep I’ve contacted them too , trouble is my amp needs 24 transistors per channel and I’ve already bought the other 12 x On semi mj15023’s so I ideally want the same brand mj15022’s . Like you said though I think I’ll buy 2 just to get the amp going until the 22’s come back in stock.

I’m told that the newer on semi are more robust than the older Motorola’s which is what I’m replacing on the one channel, the 24 on the other channel are all on semi.
The ones that amplitude has in Denmark will be fine Andy, they are the pre Pb free G types - same spec.. Get some of the MJ15022 he has shown. As Pars has said Motorola morphed into On Semi. The original A6 / A8 were Motorola as well in the Stasis 2. No problem with MJ15022 and MJ15023G on the same channel, and they only have to come from Denmark.
The newer MJ types are much more rugged than the original Stasis A6 / A8 types, and Nelson has endorsed these newer types as well.
