Mosfet Totem pole for giant class D amp

In short,

This four mosfet as totem will give you power to drive many mosfets
Like powersoft. But powersoft is too complicated. This is just illustration. Use FR014 and FR9014 to replace the mosfet. The shape of gate charge is very smooth compared with BJT.

Better and faster compared with BJT totem pole. Maybe that is the secret of powersoft digam too 🙂

We don´t know how fast you are going to switch the output mosfets , but a decoupling capacitor from source to source of the drivers mosfets would be good .
I ´d tested similar circuit and had crossconduction issue at driver stage.

Maybe need improvement but it would be easy task to do. I givemain idea only how to be simple for this.
