MTX Thunder X1000D power issue?

I’ve got this little amp, power LED fades all the time. It’s not like it goes off and on, it just loses light intensity.
Powering a single Rockford Fosgate T2 12” with it, the bass is really weak...doesn’t smell like something is burnt, smells normal.

Previously I had this amp hooked to a JBL GT5-2402BR, bass was nice but after a couple of hours of playing at high volume (messed up with gain) it stopped working, burning smell came from the port, the subwoofer on the right had the voice coil partially burnt (saying partially cause it still works but only at low volume), the other one survived; when this happened the fuse that was mounted under the hood blew up.

Now I’ve got a few questions:
1. Why did the fuse that is under the hood blew and not the one/ones that is/are on the amplifier?
2. When a subwoofer is getting damaged (in my case), is it possible that it will damaged the amp too?
3. Now referring to my amp issue with power LED fading & weak bass; could it be the high power capacitors/damaged MOSFETs?
4. Is this amp weak for this subwoofer? (Rockford Fosgate T212D4)

Thanks a lot for reading!

1. not enough information about the entire system.
2. yes
3. not enough information to know why that's happening. Does it shut down with nothing connected to the amp's speaker terminals?
4. if it was powerful enough to burn the voice coil when the amp was in perfect working order, no.

Yes, the answer is no. Doesn’t matter if speakers or RCAs are connected; the LED starts fading as soon as I power it up.

I opened the cover to see the internals, everything looks and smells ok except the power caps, they look a bit damaged on top of them, am I wrong?

The caps are likely OK.

The amp sounds like it'a shutting down with the description of the LED operation.

The amp likely has shorted output transistors.

Pull the side cover and post a photo of the driver board.
