Music Fidelity V-DACii power supply replacement

Hi,

I've found today a long unused Music Fidelity V-DACii without power supply.
Can anyone point me at a power supply that can replace the original?
Or at least suggest which connector it was used and if the + is central or external?

I've searched for old linear power supplies and haven't found them yet.
May I use a switching PSU with higher current or will it inject some noise?

From the photos of the board I see there's an LD1117 just after the input of the power supply (top right), so it sould be fine a switching:

If you have a properly rated SMPS unit on hand, give it a try. I don't know if any extra noise would be audible.

I know little to nothing about SMPS, but I believe so. It still looks better than a typical wall wart, with the use of a voltage regulator and separate CLC filters on each output

Found one very similar to the old one. 12 Vdc 600 mA linear PSU with straight 1.3 mm connector, center positive.

China made I take?! I have a one board 12V 1A audiophile PSU in front of me that is not used…..

CLC, low noise, the works.

Yes, it's a Sino-American A31260G, but bought in Italy.
If you want to PM me a photo and a price shipped to Italy, I can evaluate it.
