NAD C541i CD player

I think I have to replace the laser head, the player cannot read CDs, it works for 1 hour if I clean the head and then we go again. I think there is a severe reduction of power after 4 years, is it normal?

Can anyone help by sending the circuit diagram?

C541i uses sony's laser instead of sanyo (C541). I have the schematics for both 541i and 541 if you need one... 🙂

I don't think I have, but let me search my 'archives', I'll let you know if I have. 😕

I think 542 is more similar to 541i, not 541
