Hi Everyone
Need help find alternative for below two parts.
I am using APCH15BK power conditioner for voltage regulation and surge protection. Sadly, some components burned out. Relay got burned over time due to external heat from Varistors, yesterday when I plugged computer PSU into the socket, Varistors started burning and turned to ashes. I believe their function is to protect from surges.
1. Relay
Part number : 875B-1AH-F-C 12V DC (17A 250VAC, 20A 125VAC)
Images : Datasheet : https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/378/875b-347335.pdf
2. Varistors
GNR 20D241K
Close but not thermally protected : https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/652-MOV-20D241K
Thermally protected but some difference in energy rating : https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/576-TMOV20RP150M
I found similar on mouser, but I am looking for thermally fused ones so they don't catch on fire or burn down my house.
Thank you

Do you know their purpose? ... probably not.
They are sat across the live and neutral to absorb electrical voltage spikes of 395volts, or more and can clip and absorb up to 4,500Amps of energy spikes. So, if blown you need more than replacement Varistors.
Your 652-MOV-20D214K from Mouser is the correct item. They are fire retardent by default.
Using different components will make you liable for any damage caused if the unit fails traumatically!

I am fully liable for all my actions.
I only understand their function at high level. Varistor is to protect from voltage surges, they are thermal based, so resistance decreases with heat. I want them to fail before they can burn and smoke (In my case a lot of smoke came out like a fire started inside, I cleaned the boards and nothing else seems burnt out except the Varistors, will be testing the circuit on the left side which controls all functions like boost, buck, disconnect). Which is why looking at ones with thermal protection.
Does capacitance matters?

Also I found something for the Relay as well (This relay is either a time delay or high voltage cutoff, I do not remember so need to recheck)

The system is working fine, it trims voltage if input is high and cuts off output if voltage is outside of selected range in settings.
The only Relay on the right side of the power conditioner is for time delay.
Correction on the Varistor, its resistance decreases with increase in voltage.
I guess below is the reason why the Varistor caught fire.

Correction in case anyone happens to read this.
Regarding the only relay on the right side of the power conditioner. I tested another scenario.
There is a relay on the left side of power conditioner which cuts off the power to printed circuit board on the right (where all the surge/filter components are) when there is a high/under voltage. The only relay on the right side of power conditioner activates/deactivates based on delay settings that you have set in settings on front panel, but this relay also activates/deactivates when the main relay on the left side of the power conditioner changes state, so I believe it could have more than one purpose and not just to introduce power up delay for specific sockets on back panel where it says "delay". This relay is controller by dc signals and I do not know of all the functions it might be performing.
I do not advise anyone to do what I am doing, you could burn down your home. I am doing this coz the varistors burnt pretty badly like there was a fire inside the power conditioner. So I am trying to replace them with better components that will fail if there is a surge but won't burn.

H15BLK runs at 120V and I am running it at 120V only.
I bought it 8 years back. I couldn't find a voltage stabilizer with narrow voltage range. This one fit my requirements of voltage regulation, cutoff, surge protection and 1500 VA.
Both the matching one(without thermal protection, these ones burn pretty badly) and enhanced one(with thermal fuse but not an exact match) are listed on mouse. Please see links above in my post.
Going to try this one

So got the parts and replaced everything, the relay which I replaced is not getting energized from the input received from controller board. I have measured the dc voltage around 9.5. Also I have tested relay using external 9v source and relay triggers around 9v with 22mA dc current.
Any idea why relay wouldn't energized at 9.68 v dc from controller board.
Replacing part "875B-1AH-F-C 12V DC (17A 250VAC, 20A 125VAC)" with below part
