Just recapped a 9100 that I got off eBay and it sounds great. Every single electrolytic cap is new. I also did a good cleaning of all the controls.
I then noticed that one of the meters was not playing as loud as the other. No big deal right just adjust it to match so just to make sure i flipped it to mono and tried to see if a channel was louder then the other and sure enough the right channel with the meter that was extending louder was louder on my headphones. I then made sure it wasn't in my head so I had a friend switch my headphones back and forth when I left the room, came back and could tell every time that the right channel was the louder one, did this about 10 times.
I should mention that using all of the switches did not change to issue in anyway.

I believe you might be right. Ill be posting on this amp in my other thread but what I found is the shaft on the pot is bent. Seems to have been dropped at one point in time. Just a wait game for parts.
