Need help with Denon AVR 1909

Hi,

I have a Denon AVR 1909. I was watching a movie when the avr shut down with the power button blinking red.

I thought it could be due to over heating so let the avr cool down but to no avail, so then disconnected all the speakers and inputs but the problem remained.

However, after leaving the amplifier completed disconnected even from the power for about three hours, when switched ON, the avr turned ON as normal for about 10 seconds after which the system shut off and the same issue repeated.

I did try the 'reset' option but it did not help either. Nothing seemed burnt on observation when I opened up the avr.

Any suggestions?
