Just about to go through a Nikko Alpha 440 and have noticed that ( on the part of schematic attached) that R817/19 are burnt any obvious likely causes or further damage?
When the relays are on, (most times they are), full rail voltage is across them and they will get hot. This is normal. If you replace them, mount them 1/4" off the board for ventilation.
If you use a higher wattage resistor, it will still dissipate the same current and get just as hot!
Use the correct size and type.
