I have been eyeing this Shanling A3.2 amp for a while: You are being redirected...
Not ultra-low thd design, seems to have quite low gNFB because Sankens don't need it much for bandwidth. H2/H4 dominating over H3/H5 which I appreciate. Monotonically rising harmonics with higher output voltage and quite big difference in THD vs. load impedance - just like a tube amp. I also like the clean layout and UI-power transformer, much better isolation between pri/sec than a regular toroid.
How about those Sanken transistors for fluid and smooth mids and hf?
Couple of reviews and some measurements online, it's quite liked. Could be good price to performance?
Put against Darzeel clone, who wins😀

Its certainly reasonably priced and yes I like the logical/practical layout with a "Scandinavian " style chassis .
Haven't tried to go overboard with specs --IE- bandwidth but kept it practical .
Like the Epitaxial planar output BJT,s -good quality and a good 60MHz =ft.
Have seen a lot worse than that amp for the price looks reliable.
What is the distortion --is it as THD< 0.01% at 1KHz or 20KHz ?

Please see the second picture attached to opening post, it clarifies the distortion performance (not sure what load it was measured at though). There is some distortion but it's mainly H2. Resembles some Firts Watt etc. school distortion graphs.
Yes H2 isn't bad as far as audio reproduction is concerned as opposed to H3/H5 , I am looking at the graph in picture 3 print is small but is (worst case ) 20KHz is -40db =0.01 % dis ( if the reference is 1 volt ?? ) .
