One of the channels is very noisy and sound distorted.I did a few test but did not find anything bad.
With no signal and no load this is what I see before the output inductors.
Any suggestions?
Good ch vs bad ch

Is the general shape of the waveform the same on the good and bad channels?
Compare the resistance between the gate and drain/source for the good and bad channels. Are they essentially the same?

The resistance between them is very close.
The signal on the bad channel appearing to start off good then distorts ,The output FETs are the Surface mount type difficult to just pull.
