Pioneer Gm-DX871 Power supply problems. Drive

I have 2 of these amplifiers present one had a single shorted ps fet and was in protect.
So I rebuilt the power supply just like any other. But the amplifier drive is not correct. Incorrect one runs at 400khz 6.46rms. Changing the driver's did not change the frequency or the look.of the drive signal.

Check the timing resistor and capacitor on the PS driver IC.
