So it is possible that:
- the power circuit has a DC leak that needs to be specifically checked and that error fixed...
- due to a fault in the protective relay closing circuit, that error needs to be checked and fixed

Amp is STK based, check for excessive Vdc (>100mVdc) at wire (wrap posts?) 25(L) and 27(R), posts located next to relay.
