Please help identify STD01N STD01P

Hi, I have some pairs SanKens transistor without any datasheet found.
They are
STP01N
STP01P

If anyone has see or maybe used these transistor please help me, my meters say they are 2 transistor in one package common collector

Please any thought are they two power transistor or combined driver + final power transistor?

The picture attached

I also have STD03P & STD03N & they are different kind

What are your exact measurements?

Hand draw them on a piece of paper and show what you measure, leg-to-leg, in diode mode.

Not only saying "diode" but actually voltage displayed, we want to find whether we have single, double or multiple junctions (plain BE, Darlington BE, diode biasing string).
We want to "map" what is actually in that package.

Also: which amp they are in, schematic if available.

When dealing with obscure components, every bit of data adds up.
We might not find original data or parts but somewhat kludge together some functional replacements to save the amp.
FWIW I have successfully replaced SAP15N/15P much used by Laney Guitar/Bass/PA amps, go figure; maybe something similar can be made here.

I vaguely remember an "all transistors in a single package" Sanken product, those might have been yours or a similar model, and thinking "what a PITA if they need replacing in the future".

Of course many commercial designers only care about 2 or 3 year availability, to cover production and warranty lifetime, nothing beyond.

PS: as a parallel try: WRITE Sanken, somebody may answer with a datasheet.

EDIT:
1) thread title mentions STD01N and STD01P but text and pictures mention and show
STP01N
STP01P
please correct that; if in doubt self report post and ask a moderator to do it for you.

2) if those pictures were taken by you (and not pulled from the Net), those are obviously fakes.
NO WAY those long obsolete transistors have 2022 manufacturing dates.

These are power darlington transistors for an output stage. The 5-pin versions have an Re on the chip (0.22 ohms iirc) as well as a set of diodes for the Vbe multiplier.
The 4-pin version doesn't have the emitter R (they blew up before the transistors blew up, which wasn't good).
One has a silicon diode string, the other has some schottky diodes, and the combinations should be thermally stable.
I should have a data sheet somewhere ...

Found them ...
Profusion in UK still has stock.
