Anyone know of a good replacement for the outputs ?

FB31N20D are obsolete and where I do find the you have to order 250 of them .

Wondering if the IRFB38N20’s might be a good replacement ?

Verical is a reputable distributor.

Are they charging extra for shipping from HK?

I have no known good sub that doesn't likely require trial and error mods on the driver board.

If you can't find a source, you'll either have to stop taking the 31N20 amps in for repair or do what it takes to make another transistor work. It may take some time to get it right and may result in amps being unreliable until you find the right combination.
