Power amplifier 433Mhz

I want to make a circuit with one transistor to amplify my signal.My input is 5dbm and I want output is 19dbm min. Anyone can help me to do it? Thanks

You have to search for special Radio Transmitter RF power transistors.

They are quite expensive.
At least for more than 1 Watt output.

There are BJT for this, but also MOSFET.

Thanks for your helps. Howerver; I am a new electronics. It is very difficult for me to make a circuit because I do not know much theory. Therefore; If you can I want you to give me an exactly circuit : including the value of its component.

At those frequencies it is as much about board layout as it is the schematic.

For the ~100mW output you want (into what impedance, and what impedance is the source), I would look seriously at a couple of the monolithic amplifier modules and some wilkinson power combiners.

Not the way I would do if if I needed excellent spectral purity or power efficiency, but very workable if you don't need anything special.

Remember an inch of trace at these frequencies tends to look like an inductor, and if it is in the emitter connection.....

Maybe see if you can find a design for a 100mW stage for a 70cm ham band transmitter and crib that?
