Greetings,
I am looking for some advice on a project I am building. I have several knobs and switches attached to an enclosure, i have spent a few dollars on building the chassis, and will be coming to the point to adding the description of what each function.
Any advice on how to do this? Press on numbers?

Letraset was the original dry transfer lettering over here and I see there's a brand called DECAdry. https://www.mayfairstationers.co.uk/office-supplies/letraset-dry-transfers.html
Lining up the individual letters takes some practice and the end result would have to be protected by a coat or three of clear varnish spray.

If you can get them .....
Haven´t seen them for ages, although art type stores might have some.
Simplest solution is to print labels on adhesive paper.
Trophy shops can make some high quality stuff, search what they offer.

A label maker? You can get clear tape with either white or black lettering in different Sizes, you can adjust the font hieght/width and somtimes style. Expensive for a one off but youmight find it handy for other thigs.
