QCC3034 build with MDE_WIN_2.3.2.126 and ADK_QCC512X_QCC302X_WIN_6.4.2.26 but after deploy it doesn't work... I need help

After I build all and deploy, I don't see qcc3034 working, I tried high trigger for pio0 - SYS_CTRL but found the device. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing?

Did it ever work right? Do you have a schematic of what you built? Hi-res pics so we can see the wiring and components?
