I think they were used in Elkatone Leslie cabinets. I can email you a photo. The driver in my cabinet is blown and I've been searching for one for months.

These were common in PA systems in the 80s, and were popular as they were cheaper than JBLs although they were a little harsh sounding. I still have a pair running in a couple of monitor wedges.

While they were cheaper than JBL they were still bloody expensive during the eighties. I could get a new pair from a buyout cheaply (together with a pair of 15 RCF woofers (L15-554 or the like). I designed a box back then together with a work-mate (who then built the boxes). They are used by his brother for live-sound reinforcement since then and he is still content (since 15 years approx) !!!!
