Reasons for blown rail caps

Hello,

i have a Gladen 1800 C1 with blown rail caps.
It is a newer modern sub amp, optimized for 2 Ohm. It has 4 caps, but only one from each rail is blown. Removed the caps, checked the rail voltage, both are about 78V. Caps are 100V. The amp is working wihtout this two caps very well.
I read in Perrys tutorial, that the output inductor can make this happen.
Maybe there are some more reasons?

I dont need any help for repair, because amp works. Maybe somebody can give me more information about reasons for this problem.

Greetings

When the drivers for one half of the outputs in a class D amp are not working properly, the output filter inductor can cause the rail voltage to rise but it's generally on only one rail. You can also see the rail voltage imbalance at the rails.

I've never seen it happen on both rails.

When you drive the amp, does the rail voltage remain roughly constant?
