Recommendations on Pots and RCA sockets

Wise people of the Forum...

I'm in New Zealand at the bottom of the planet. A quiet place, however a little bit out of the way and no really good suppliers, although we can source from pretty much anywhere in the world.

I'm building a preamp and looking for recommendations for brands and suppliers of potentiometers and knobs, RCA sockets and mains power switches. Quality is the key and cost is down the list of priorities.

Who are your "go to" suppliers and brands for items like this?

Thanks in advance

Hificollective and Parts Connexion are both great if you want boutique parts.
Analogue Metric are good too for some things.

If you more want quality industrial grade then Mouser, Digikey, Element 14 and RS components.

For RCA - Neutrik are your best bet for quality industrial grade.
Pots - Industrial: TKD or Alps. If you would like a stepped attenuator then something like DACT or Goldpoint. Or there is something like a muses chip.

Power switches is probably best an industrial job depending exactly what type you would like. Eg. push button, rocker, toggle etc.

Knobs: Parts connexion or Hifi Collective, Analogue Metric Or Ali express.

Power transformers: Element 14 is best in my experience.

Chassis: Modushop/DIYaudio store. Ali express and analogue metric also.

What are you planning to build?

I have accumulated quite a bit of stuff over the last decade or so. It is also possible I might have stuff you need.

These stepped SMD resistor attenuators off ebay are hard to beat, and they cost very little.

For RCA sockets I like the low mass KLEI Classic Harmony.
