What does the symbol E in a restor value mean? Does it mean Ohm?
Also is (for instance) a 3K3 resistor a 3.3K one?
Thanx

I believe that would mean the resistor follows the 1% tolerance standard of resistor values. A 1% E rated resistor, in other words, would be 3.32K. A 5% resistor would be 3.3K
Just a far flashback from college, but I think this is right.

Sorry I couldnt edit my first post, I just want to make my questions clearer.
What is a 100E resistor? (its in Claus Byrith's 4-30 schematic) Is it a 100R one?
Is a 3K3 resistor = a 3.3K one?
Thanx

100E = 100 ohms
4E7 = 4.7 ohms
0E1 or E1 = 0.1 ohms
10k = 10 k ohms
1M = 1 M ohms
6k8 = 6.8 k ohms
