I bought 10 of these unit .. Subwoofer box with amp ..

Problem is all 10 of them have the ame issue amp will power up but i get no output..

I tested the subs and everyone works so the problem is with the amp part of the box..


Amp powers up but no output anyone have any ideas ?

Rail voltage?

Do you have positive and negative supply voltage on the op-amps?

Do you have rail-rail oscillation on the class D output?

Is there any DC across the speaker terminals?

I dont have any DC across speaker terminals..

I have the Proper voltages on the op-amps

Do you happen to know where i test for rail to rail oscillation on the class D output ?

The r-r oscillation should be visible on one terminal of each of the output filter inductors.

I did some testing and the problem is on the power supply board somewhere ..

I have 1of these amps working so i will compare readings between boards to see if i can find the problem ..

1 of the amps was working when i bought it the guy told me none of them worked but when testing i found 1 working ..

Ill do some testing and let you know what i find
