The pin configuration is different.
See if the input leg of the other regulators goes to any of the legs on that regulator. It may be the same as IC705 since the programming resistors appear to be the same.

I tried both of them and still can’t get the amp to produce audio .
It doesn’t appear to have any of the legs connected together .
The amp already has 1 LM317 and 1 LM337 installed but can’t figure out what the middle one is that goes between them

It may not be a regulator .
I get the following voltages off the pads of it
Leg 1:-2.36
Leg 2:-2.58
Leg 3:27.30
This is off the pads with nothing installed in that location

IC705 is a LM337
Amp powers up and produces rail and regulated voltages I just can’t it to produce any audio .
Not sure if these are the muting transistors but for there to be no audio on all 4 channels and ever single muting transistor bad is probably unlikely

Ok I found that the positive 5 volt regulator isn’t working its only has 0.79 volts on the output leg
Ok got this amp back with a new problem .
It’s stuck in protection mode .
