Hi All,
looking für the schematics for the SAE-MK3-CM power amp, where I can read the values of the caps and resistors.
Will be nice to get a good one.......

I have this Service Manual, maybe it is the one you are looking for.

Have a SAE-MK3 someone built in DIY amp pcbs from a electronic magazine and now I want
to do some kind of restoration to the original status.
This means: build some new pcbs like the original ones and all whats around.
btw,..the original mechanical construction and serviceability wasn't that good.
So let's see how I can do some changes.......
Maybe later I will post some pics....
thanks all for your support.

I'm glad you got your version working. I recently re-capped a SAE-3CM I bought back in the early 80's. I agree with your comments regarding its mechanical construction and serviceability. Some of the connectors aren't very robust, that's for sure. I haven't hooked up a pair of speakers to see how it performs, but did adjust its output offset voltage and checked its no-load output waveform -- all good there.
I'm fortunate to also have the service manual for the amp....in hardcopy form, same vintage as the amp itself.

Now, that I know that the pcbs are ok and I have some more of this, I think about to put together a second amp with this, but with a custom made cabinet with some kind of brutal solid aluminium heatsinks with vertical orientated profile.
Glad that the boards (driver board and power-board) can be connected in different ways to fit in every situation of the housing.
Together with a meter panel of a MK3-CM from the shelves and an original power switch I'm looking forward for a SAE-MK3-CM clone.
Power transformer as a toroidal type with current limiter.......

I recently completely rebuilt an MKIVD/M and before that an MKIIIC/M for the same customer. I've done a few IIICs but this was my first IVD rebuild, these are the most difficult and time consuming of all the SAE amps I've ever done. The amps came out great but they are very time consuming, the IVD is more difficult as the wires are too short to tilt the heatsink assy. back far enought to adjust the bias and the chassis is much smaller than the IIIC.
