Solid Audio F15D fix

I have a solid audio here. The board looks like an old autotek and hifonics. The problem is that it stays powered on with the remote wire completely disconnected. It does play music but I dont believe its playing to its full potential. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a scope?

What makes you think that it's not producing full power?

What is the DC voltage on the remote terminal when the amp is on but there is no remote connected?

No I dont have a scope at the moment. It shows on my dmm around 100mv on the remote terminal with only the power and ground hooked up and the amp is still powered on. Also im getting about 150mv DC on the output terminal

150mv measured across the speaker terminals or referenced to ground?

How much rail voltage in the amp?

Around 70 volts rail voltage. I found the transistor MJE3055T shorted between legs 1 and 3. Is there an alternative I could use for this. I dont have any of these anywhere.

Where/how was it being used in the amp?

It was in location Q15P. It does tie in with the remote circuit and the emitter went across next to the relay to a diode.

If it's the relay driver, it's not critical. What NPN transistors do you have on hand?
