Got this device. Its broken. Can some one fix it in europe? No reaction too any button.

your problem is most likely due to a firmware failure. but I'm not sure...
try reloading the firmware via com-port/RS232.?
In my experience, I've restored more expensive devices like SSL Nucleus2 this way and it helped me save over $3000
just keep in mind that you need to install a new firmware exactly according to the model of the motherboard - 260, not PA2 (since you got a copy of the pun! apparently the front-plate from PA2 stuffed with 260 and the back panel is also 260 models, which is according to the characteristics of DAC higher quality than PA2)

If it failed so early, contact the seller.
Must have offered a guarantee, and you have received a different item than what was advertised.
Tell the site as well, they should also be involved.
And he might try to wriggle out saying you opened the thing / broke the seals.
Bear that in mind.

How will you know they sent the correct item if they do really replace it?
