For some months now, I have been trying to locate a UK based source for spare parts for the Beatbox, or UK Importers address without success. In particular I need to replace a faulty power supply PCB, as, despite locating and rectifying various faults on the exsisting one, it still will not operate. If anyone knows from where I can obtain spares & service information for Dr. Dre Products, I'd be grateful for information such as postal address(es), email addresses, website URL, etc. I have looked on eBay to no avail. One seller has available the power amplifier PCB, and other parts, but not the power supply board
Has anyone else expewrienced problems trying to get spares &/or service information for Dr. Dre Products?

DeadBeatBox....
After warranty period you are on your own, although consumer protection may intervene and stipulate a reasonably expected lifetime and override manufacturer warranty....keep silent about your repair efforts.

Almost certainly nonexistent as warrant claims would be by replacement, with defective items possibly factory refurbished and resold as such. For some months now, I have been trying to locate a UK based source for spare parts for the Beatbox, or UK Importers address without success.......Has anyone else experienced problems trying to get spares &/or service information for Dr. Dre Products?

Thanks for your reply, Don. You have confirmed what I suspected all along. Having ben in the repair trade for almost 50 years, I recall the days when most products were backed up by their makers with service info. and spare parts avaailability, but now it seems, even something which retailed in the UK for over £200 sterling isn't supported out of warranty. Since posting my enquiry, I have found via Google that the model is discontinued, which doesn't help the situation.
