hi.I want to build a sphere or egg style speaker box for my nokia 4ohm 18cm 100watts speakers.they are about 90db and high detailed german speakers.I wanna ask that how important is an egg or spherical enclosure? which is better for me?I will use it with dome tweeter.Thank you

To make the most of such a cabinet you would need to look inte the blending of the tweeter front plate with the surface of the spherical "box", or you could get lots of diffractions there. Best might be to use some sort of waveguide, that bends backwards until it blends in seamlessly with the sphere.

I did not understand completely.
I think i will use fiberglass with epoxy.thank you
I think you tell me to hide tweeter.my westra tweeter has a little horn.maybe i can hide it in the sphere.thanks
If you're going to 'glass it a nice combo would be spherical outside with an egg shaped inner cavity.
Egge is good. Inside & out.

egg, instead of 1 huge standing wave inside, it is more spread out.
Or spherical with egg interior (as dheming said)

What type of westra tweeter are you planning to use?I think you tell me to hide tweeter.my westra tweeter has a little horn.maybe i can hide it in the sphere.thanks

Sphere is fine if it's small relative to the driver and thus any standing waves would be broken up by the magnet structure.
Egg is eggsellent.
Here's one I made earlier 😉:
Carbon and epoxy.

Carbon and epoxy.
The first B&W 801 used a single 15" woofer, which I favor because of the technology improvements in large cone woofers.
Later B&W 801 models use two 10" woofers in a narrower cabinet.
The Nautilus uses the sphere+taper tube on all speakers in the 4-way. With the Nautilus the B&W engineers appear to make a cost-no-object statement that a reference speaker needs to be 4-way with minimal baffle diffraction effects. Oh...and it is also nice to be pretty.

Focal egg
In the 80's Focal made an egg shaped 7" 2 way. Hung from ceiling or set on stand or bass box. The drivers and xo available as a kit.
I think it was in Speaker Builder magazine where some folks showed how they made egg shapes out of resin iirc, using a balloon for mold. Clever. Could use carbon sheets or ? too. Some layered wood and carved it out, dedicated. I opted for a hanging pyramid (top and bottom angled also).
Balloon mold seems a good idea.

Balloons don't make very good molds/formers in my experience. They tend to deflate too rapidly, even if you manage not to puncture them.
If you do puncture them, you end up with a big fail and a big mess.
Been there, done that. 😀
