I am looking for a diagram or even a partial diagram of the turn on circuit for this amp.
Its total dead, and I believe its an issue with the remote circuit connection to the PIC,

i dont have one. but there is a regulator that fails in the remote circuit. its a 4 pin ic near a
4.7 ohm resistor if i remember right.

It has been my experience, if you contact Stetsom and explain the issue you are troubleshooting they have been pretty good about sending a partial schematic that focuses on the circuit. Send them an email today and by Monday afternoon you should have a response.

Start your own thread and I might be able to assist, along with others. I recently had to revive my EX3000EQ that just stopped turning on. There were many things that I had to check and I, and others, can only tell you these things on your own thread.
The remote, using resistors R82 and R83 powers Q6 which activates Q9 to provide 12v to the rest of the circuit
R117 is also connected to remote and is lowered to 3.6v to send to pin 1 of U11
