Well, the TAD DP-4001 is still available, but you're not going to like it's price...

Pricing is 2200$+ for each diaphragm.
That said; using an inflation rate calculator, this is only ~2x what I paid for some Altec 1" diaphragms in 1967 and factor in its pure beryllium Vs alum it seems almost a bargain! 
I own a pair with original OEM diaphragms. (no not for sale) What is wrong with the currently installed diaphragm? I have the very unpopular opinion that they should be replaced in pairs.
Tru Extent also makes replacement diaphragms for these drivers - have not heard much online about their performance in these drivers, but they are very good in Radian and JBL drivers.
