Roswell Pro Audio was founded by Matthew McGlynn, whose first entry into the pro audio gear industry was RecordingHacks.com. RecordingHacks provides detailed analysis and descriptions of thousands of microphones, as well as some of the most ambitious mic shootouts ever produced.
McGlynn's deep experience with hundreds of microphones over many years — learning how they're built, and why they sound the way they do — led to the formation of Microphone-Parts.com, a DIY electronics company that sells premium studio microphones in "do it yourself" kit form.
Roswell Pro Audio borrows from the research and development work done by MicParts, but takes its products in a different direction. Roswell's designs distill the various capsule and circuit combinations into best-in-class offerings that have won acclaim from musicians, home studio owners, and Grammy award-winning producers and engineers.

what's your stake in it just so we can evaluate why it's here....does the podcast generate income for you?
I think (and I wondered myself) some may be thinking it belongs down in the Member Areas section. it isn't immediately clear what the content of your pod cast might be.

It's a legitimate study of microphone thought. Much less BS than many threads around here. In this (mostly pre-recorded) Hi-Fi forum, the only place microphones come in would be Measurements and Live Sound. Since there is a subjective element at play, mikes can go between Instruments and Amps... right here.
I would have thought it more along the lines of the PA section, much more about the capturing and reproducing sound there. Not a lot on recording though. But that might be a topic on its own. We don't do much along the microphone amplification and effects here. I do want to get into it in the coming years. Just have to catch up on life.
