Triode Electronics Issues?

Has anyone else recently experienced difficulty in communicating with Triode Electronics? If so, do you know what's going on?

I've waited literally months for a response to a technical question and more than a week for feedback concerning an open order.

Just ordered and received a Dynaco PAS circuit board last week, no problems. Ordered on Monday received on Thursday by USPS. I've never had a problem with them, been dealing with them since late 80s, early 90s.

I never had good experience dealing with them so I stopped ordering.

They do not even answer their phone.

I buy all my stuff from Antique Electronics in Arizona. They rule.

I also have never had a problem. I ordered several times, always received exactly as advertised, and shipping has always been quick.

😉Shortly after my initial post, Jan from Triode did contact me with useful information about my back-ordered items and a promise to look into my technical questions. I know that concurrence is not causality, but still this forum can help us to resolve issues...
