Very lucky find DCM speakers for next to nothing

I almost feel bad about it now... but I had gone to a garage sale last weekend to look at a pair of JBL's a guy had listed in his ad on CL. No details, just "JBL speakers". When I got there I was a bit disappointed to find a bottom of the barrel pair of surround sound speakers. So I asked the guy on an off chance if he had anything more substantially sized. So without saying anything he disappears into the garage for 5 minutes of digging and emerges with a pair of DCM CX-17's. I had never heard of DCM (in 93 which is when these were built I would have been 8...so...yeah) so had no idea what they were but thought, eh, if the price is right I'll gamble. Guy says "I don't know anything about them either...they were my brother's. $5?"

So I get them home because, a) I noticed they're heavier than dammit for their size, and b) 5 bucks?!? ... open them up, and immediately jump online to find out what the heck kind of lucky find I've managed to just stumble upon. Transmission line bookshelves for $5? Yes please! So lots of folks seem to be fans of these things with minor complaints here and there about tweekable things. They are currently sitting in my living room half disassembled while the paint dries (they had sat under stuff in his garage for who knows how long and looked the part so a paint job was in order). Other than that, drivers all look solid, no corrosion or visible damage to the crossovers...just some heavy dust, cobwebs, dead cave crickets, beat up case, one small tear in the bottom corner of one of the grill clothes.

So there's the bragging portion of this post. DCM CX-17's for $5 😀

Now! Since I've got them open and they are after all over 20 years old (matched pair by the by with sequential serials), I'm contemplating recapping the crossovers. I haven't really listened to them more than a few minutes to make sure they were functional before putting in any effort so everything may be perfectly healthy and fine for years to come...but I don't recognize the brands on any of the caps (Anodia?) and as someone that works in the computer industry I've seen more than my share of shotty caps ending badly. Anyone got any suggestions?

For those of you unfamiliar with these, here's the quick and dirty:
8ohm 100watt RMS
92db/1/1
45Hz-20kHz
Transmission Line enclosure with rear firing port
6.5" woofer
.75" tweeter mounted in coax alignment centered above with woofer
17" tall, 10" deep, 9" wide weighing in at about 15 pounds per.
