I have this amp, class G/H. All parts looks ok, but the amp idle in protect. Regulated PS is working, rail is shortly comming up, then protect again. Nothing in the manual about the blink code.. Maybe somebody has expirience with this amp?

I had contact with the manufacturer. They told me, that they dont have the diagrams, because this amp was made by Robert Zeff. Mostly, they told me, that th DSP chip is damaged. (dsPIC30F2010).
According manual, the led should flash three times, and then the amp should stay on. This amp is flashing, then again.
Now i have increased the supply voltage, up to 15,7V DC, and the amp goes on and play music. So there must be something close to the processor, that a threshold voltage is not reached during start up. The design is close to arc audio older amps...
Maybe somebody have a diagram, where i can see, at which pin the threshould voltage goes in.
I testedt allready caps arround the pic, but they are all in tolerance.

I removed now Q1 Tip 107 and Q24 Tip 102. in front of these are Zener Diodes.. I expect, that this Transistors are for voltage regulation...
I removed them, because they heat up very quick. But they are still ok.. Also i removed the pre stage transistors JE340G Q2, Q25and JE 350G Q1, Q24 because they heat also very quick. Now the amp is switching on with normal voltage. Maybe somebebody can assist a little bit.

Found, that the Tip are generating the voltage for the op amps...So maybe there is a short somewhere
If the ic is damaged, you can't fix it.. For testing the amp, you need a strong battery.. A bench power supply is not working for testing. The circuit measures the voltage drop, and don't start.
Try to replace zener diode labeled DZ4 5v1 to 3v3 On my amp this mod work, now turn on form 10V form power supply.
Pic is powered from 5v regulator. No matter what you set voltage form a battery on input teminals to amp.
