Do subwoofer headphones sound better? What technology is inside? I am looking at this wireless headphone https://www.comtar.com/product/hi-fi-headphones/ , do you have any other recommendations?

Regards,
The model you mentioned has only a single driver built in, it is meant for a smartphone. When you want several Drivers there is this model

First of all, in my view, we should make some distinctions: headphones, earphones, earbuds, in-ear phones have some differences that you will find on the Internet, maybe starting from here:do you have any other recommendations?

However, the ones you showed seem in-earphones rather than headphones, but then sounding "better" than what?
Please note that calling them "subwoofers" seems "a bit" too marketing-oriented, in my opinion.
My personal experience is that a device evaluation should be made in the long term as often what impresses at first listening then proves tiring in the long run.
Giving you advice is a bit like betting in a lottery and however I believe that you should never blindly trust advice/review, but have the opportunity to listen to it before purchasing.
Anyway, they may be a general indication, in an over-populated sector:

A brand that stands out for good and not very expensive products (and that falls within a similar price range of the one you choose) and for its good dynamic and bass quality/quantity is JBL and its wireless model Wave Buds seems to have good reviews out there. 😉
