What are you asking? They are different saws used for different reasons. You can read about them in their advertisements.
If you have got access during cutting the type with a frame are best because it's easier to control the cut using both hands on the hacksaw frame and the blade is much less likely to kink.
If you don't have access for the frame, such as cutting through a large sheet, the Mini-Hack would have to be used. Unfortunately the blade can be kinked if you are clumsy. Also my experience is that the blade tends to slip in the handle because it is relying on a single screw clamp.
It's worth buying both handles (I have both) and some decent blades of different tooth pitches. The Eclipse bi-metal blades (I think that was the name) were best as they have hard teeth with a flexible backing so don't snap but stay sharp. For DIY use the blades can last years if not abused. Don't over heat them by taking time.

general hobby stuff like cutting plastic(from old electronics) very rarely wood and metal
For its one application you will need a very specific blade.
The blade for metals it would offer a more clear cut, but cutting time would be longer.
