It removes the heated debate over which type of wire to use. A thorny issue on this forum is now solved!
Do they specify them passive or wireless? I would like to read the brochure to learn more about this concept. Are there any drawbacks at all? How about adding another on the backside?
I can see many unbeatable positive properties:
- perfectly flat frequency response
- perfectly constant directivity
- non-existing resonances of motor or cone
- no need for crossover circuit
- no worries of wrong polarity
- suitable with every woofer or midrange
- musical and smooth sound characteristics for every taste
- perfect choice as supertweeter or backside, spatial enhancement tweeter
Only bad thing I see is that it needs drilling. Adhesive tape on back would be easier for us divers with thumb on the palm.

Oh, I forgot to say, that:
- total lack of baffle edge interferences
- total lack of c-c lobing interference
These features give the user total freedom for the most eye- and ear-pleasing positioning of the tweeter unit. Just marvellous!
For further development, reducing thickness of the unit should be piority. Then, with factory-made adhesive coating on the backside it would be as easy to use as a sticker!

At least Logitech is honest about the tweeter's function:
"Small driver (tweeter) on satellite speakers is a decorative element" 😱
Logitech Z333 2.1 PC Speaker System with Subwoofer

I saw one on a clarion 4 " coaxial.
I mean, other than the [tweeter] there was that little protruding dome doing nothing.

I do have speakers which came with Soundesign boombox. Nice 2-way detacheable speakers. When i opened the back, to upgrade the crossover, i discovered one fullrange speaker. Tweeter, which from the front looked like piezo tweeter, was just a dud.
Still, ok sound.

Just for fun, drill a hole behind the fake tweeter and see how loud you can drive it before it blows the thing out 😀
