It's a shame that Windows Bluetooth support is lacking, when Android carries all the popular codecs.
I've had some success with A2DP alternative software (not free), but 990Kbps doesn't run smoothly. Even 660Kbps gives breakup with PCM signals.
Does anyone have advice how to get reliable full quality LDAC Bluetooth?

Unpopular opinion: LDAC sound quality is no better than A2DP unless transmission is set to 990kbps. If you have "lower to avoid chopping" enabled you cannot be sure transmission is 990kbps.
It's wild that Android has got this right. My phone actually performing better than my PC. Amazingly, my phone is 3 years old, and my PC is 1 year.
