I dont appear to have any subwoofer output from my Yamaha 5.1 receiver? Ive checked the output by DMM set on acmv. All the other speakers work and Im sure I have the subwoofer software set up and configured correctly. Ive never used a subwoofer on this amplifier since new, Ive been using it on stereo. I thought it was the Accusound OM-650 SW that was the problem at first but I couldnt find anything wrong with it? Thats when I checked the signal! No signal is coming out of the amp subwoofer wise. I took the cover off and gave it a clean to get rid of the bit of dust in there, I couldnt see anything amiss like burnt resistors or bloated electro caps though. I suspect its a software problem? Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.😀
There is a menu where you can set the size of your front-speakers.
If set to 'large' there is no output to the sub.

Yes, FL and FR are set to small, all the sound levels are turned up, the subwoofer is set to ""Yes"" Ive never had any problems with this amplifier before.But then Ive never used the SW before either. I wonder if Im checking the low frequency signal coming out of the amplifier properly? I tested it the same as the other channels with a DMM set to ac mv, all the other channels read OK?
