Where to find 2SC3329 and/or 2SC2545-2547?

I am looking for a vendor of 2SC3329 (Toshiba) or 2SC2545-47 (Hitachi/Renasas) at a reasonable price ... ~ 10 pcs each. Anyone knows where these can be found? Particularly the 2SC3329 appears to be quite difficult to find ...
