ADA4898-1 vs ADA4899-1 for TDA1541

Which of these two ic's do you think would be more suitable for an i/v stage for TDA1541?
I am very afraid to use 4899 because of its slew rate, but in theory it should be the perfect chip for the job...or NOT?!...

ADA4899-1 has non-standard pinout and above all is limited to 12V total supply voltage. I've used ADA4898 successfully with TDA1541, which should be no surprise...

I know the difference, but i also know that you can use lower feedback resistor values for lower outputs so that +-5v supply won't be a problem.I bought both ADA chips so i will see the difference soon.ADA4899 is advertised as a better chip especially because of the pinout and slew rate , but i don't know ...
