I managed to break the USB port on my Inuke6000DSP. As a quick fix I soldered a USB cable onto the pins and this has been working fine. But I would like to rack mount it and the way my cable comes out the case precludes this. Would anyone happen to know what the part number of the USB port is? or have a broken inuke they could take the USB board out of for £10 and send to me?

That looks like a pretty normal, vertical USB-B connector.

You'll probably want to use a hot-air station to remove the busted one (ie. without tearing off traces or vias), though.

ah many thanks I knew it was USB-B but was only getting the 90 degree variety in searches "vertical" was the key. Will have the part next month (cheap post from china) so will let you know how it goes then.
