Seeking for the highest GM JFET & MOSFET single gate available.

Please, let me know which is the highest transconductance cheap and easily available for RF and oscillator JFET & MOSFET N chanel you know? Preferably in TO92 or SOT23 packages. No more than 12V power supply needed.

You could search for BF862 (out of production) on diyaudio and check the alternatives that are suggested for it.

Dual gate mosfet BF988 out of production too but still available. Same goes for single gate mosfet BF987. Much lower internal C's than jfets of the same transconductance.
