Self Inverting EL84s in Ultra Linear Mode.
That is the first time I have seen a self inverting UL output.
And, another great 300B amplifier.
(Show, Tell, and Listen at Decibel?)
I really enjoy seeing designer's and builder's good amplifiers on Tubes / Valves.
"It is hard to argue with success" . . . successful amplifiers.

Thanks! These are awesomeasked the same question after seeing one of alex's previous immaculate builds. They're insulated crimp bootlace ferrules.
In my experience, even if the tubes are of the same manufacturer, same vintage, and matched . . .
They often do not all have the same glow inside the envelope, same glow shape, or any glow at all.
Your guess is as good as mine . . .
Your Mileage May Vary
