YES! Midrange is KEY, I searched long for the right 8" which can still deliver a lot of details >1kHz.

Nice HT speakers you made there, may I ask which 8" you ended up using?

I finally used the Kartesian PA 8" but also the 2 PHL I measured where very good. These where significant better as all Faital/18Sound/Beyma I measured.
